Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari to host Job Fair for 2026 season
SANTA CLAUS — As the 2026 season approaches, Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari is looking to build its “Holiday Team.” The world-renowned theme park has announced an in-person job fair on Saturday, February 28, seeking to fill hundreds of seasonal positions across more than a dozen departments.
The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the park’s Human Resources office, located at 452 East Christmas Boulevard in Santa Claus.
The job fair is designed to be a “one-stop shop” for local students, retirees, and career seekers.
Candidates will start their day at the Human Resources building. While online applications are encouraged at jobs.holidayworld.com beforehand, those who haven’t applied will have the opportunity to do so on-site.
Representatives from various departments—including Attractions, Lifeguarding, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment—will be available to discuss daily responsibilities and answer questions.
The park will offer on-the-spot interviews for preferred positions. Qualified candidates could walk away with a job offer the same day.
Holiday World is known for offering some of the most competitive seasonal benefits in the region. Team members for the 2026 season can expect:
- Free Park Access: A personal Season Pass for free admission to Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari.
- Deep Discounts: 50% off food and 20% off merchandise within the park.
- HoliPoints: An incentive program where hours worked can be traded for gift cards, tickets, or prizes.
- Tuition Perks: Partnerships with several regional universities that offer tuition discounts to park employees.
- Teacher & Student Incentives: Specific gift card bonuses for educators and flexible scheduling for students.
Applicants as young as 14 years old are eligible for certain roles, such as Food & Beverage or Parking. However, most positions require a minimum age of 16. Those under 18 should bring a parent or guardian to assist with required paperwork.
Bring two forms of identification (such as a Photo ID and Social Security card or Birth Certificate) to speed up the onboarding process if an offer is made.
For those unable to attend the in-person event, Holiday World will continue to accept digital applications throughout the spring. For more details on specific openings, visit the official Holiday World Jobs portal.
